- All tailoring services provided and materials used are guaranteed for the life of the garment.
- Should any faults in regards to our workmanship or materials used appear, these will be immediately rectified free of charge at your convenience.
- Should any circumstances arise where your order is not ready by the time and/or place agreed upon, it will be delivered free of charge to your designated destination - ready to wear and enjoy.
- The abovementioned applies in the same regard to appointments and/or personal consultations. Should we fail to attend an arranged meeting, it will be rescheduled at a place and time of your convenience at our cost – we will come to you.
